Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Product Conditions
1. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Customized products are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
1. Contact info@royalslugger.com.
2. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
4. Once received and approved, we will process the refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after the returned item is received.

Order Processing
1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being received.
2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
• Puerto Rico: fast delivery within 24–48 hours once the order is shipped.
• United States: 3–10 business days.
Shipping Methods
1. We ship with USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers.
2. Every order includes a tracking number sent via email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
1. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
2. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.
Shipping Delays
1. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume, or customs inspections.
2. Royal Slugger does not control these delays, but we assist the customer in resolving any issues.
Royal Slugger Warranty — 100 Days
We want our athletes to trust our products 100%.
That’s why we offer a 100-day warranty on all Royal Slugger manufactured items.
The warranty covers:
• Factory defects.
• Structural issues with the product.
• Stitching defects, broken seams, adhesive issues, or faulty materials.
The warranty does NOT cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or lack of proper care.
• Customized products (only replaced if they arrive defective).
How to request warranty service:
1. Email info@royalslugger.com with photos of the issue.
2. We will review your case within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
